Jeff C Fritts

China Grove-Jeff Fritts, 57, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, September 22, 2013, at his residence. Born April 21, 1956 in Lexington, NC, he was the son of Willa Mae Berkhart Fritts and the late George Clayton Fritts. A graduate of Central Davidson High School, Jeff had worked for Freightliner and was a member of Kannapolis Church of God. A loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather, Jeff will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Johnny Kepley.

Family members left to cherish his memory include his wife, Julie Alexander Fritts, who he married June 24, 1989; his son, Jestin Fritts of China Grove; step-son, Jared Anthony of Salisbury; daughters, Jessica McKarl and husband, Matt, of Alexandria, VA, and Kim Hubbard of Kannapolis, his step-daughter, Jinger Ferguson and husband, Kenny, of Salisbury; sisters, Susan Fritts and Kathy Kepley and 8 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, September 25, 2013, from 5:00-7:00 pm at Kannapolis Church of God, 2211 West A Street, Kannapolis, NC 28081. Funeral services to remember and celebrate Jeff's life will begin at 7:00 in the church, conducted by the Revs. Sam Crisp and Greg Sloop. Burial will be at 11:00 am Thursday, at West Lawn Memorial Park.
