Judy Dianne Sells Finney

Born in Rowan County on August 30, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Houston Sells and Virginia Lowder Sells.

In addition to her parents, Judy was also preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Finney, who passed away September 21, 2021. They were blessed to share 60 years together.

Judy worked as a Working Foreman in the Ticket office of Cannon Mills for 31 years and later she worked at Brother’s Tire as Receptionist until her retirement.

She was a very crafty lady, enjoying scrapbooking, her flower gardens, and going to yard sales and thrift stores.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter and son-in-law, Sheila Jones (Danny): and two grandchildren, Stoney James and Stacey James (Brandon Mantooth).

The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 13, 2024 from 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home.

A graveside service will follow at 3:00 PM at West Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Isaac Rivenbark officiating. Judy will be laid to rest beside her husband, Jerry.
