Lynnie Ruth Goodman

Mrs. Lynnie Ruth Corriher Goodman, 83 of China Grove, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Lutheran Homes at Trinity Oaks. Born on March 20, 1932 in Rowan County, she was the daughter of the late Howard Lee and Ruth London Corriher. Mrs. Goodman was a graduate of China Grove High School and a longtime active member of Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church. She was owner operator of her own drapery business. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband Clyde R. Goodman on December 13, 2000 and her daughter Judy G. Crowell on September 15, 2006 and brother Grey Corriher on February 12, 2015 .Those left to cherish her memory are her sons Richard E. Goodman and Kenny R. Goodman (Frankie) her brother Billy Corriher (Jeanette), and sister in law Thelma Corriher all of China Grove. Also surviving her are her grandchildren, Chris Goodman (Tracie), Tara Culp (Brian), Greg Crowell (Chrissy) and Jenna Anderson (Gary), her great grandchildren, Aubrie, Jaxon, Brinly, Avery, Abbey and Luke. Also surviving are her nephews Mike Corriher Roger Corriher and Tony Corriher She was also survived by her step great grandchild Sarah Bishop.

Visitation will be on Saturday from 6:00 til 8:00 at Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove, with funeral on Sunday at 2:00 at Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church, with Rev. Joseph Talent, minister.
