Mark Daniel Krotchko

Mark Daniel Krotchko of Salisbury, North Carolina passed away peacefully while surrounded by family at his home Monday, June 24, 2024. He was the son of the late Daniel Krotchko and the surviving Virginia Fetterman Krotchko.

In addition to his father, Mr. Krotchko was preceded in death by his brother David Krotchko.

One could often find Mark watching his beloved UNC Basketball, giving his grandchildren a ride on the tractor, or tracking the local weather. He also enjoyed anything that had to do with finance or music.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 38 years Su Krotchko, son Joshua Mark Krotchko (Lydia), daughter Kaitlyn Alory Krotchko, grandchildren Kara, Noah, Axle, and Annie, brother Tim Krotchko (Paige), as well as many other dear friends and family.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 10:00 – 11:00 at First Methodist Church of China Grove. A memorial service officiated by Pastor Will Van Wieren, III will follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the music department of First Methodist Church of China Grove 110 West Church Street, China Grove, North Carolina 28023.
