Ms. Terry Diane Christopher

Terry Diane Christopher, 67 of China Grove passed away on Saturday November 2, 2013 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis. Born on October 6, 1946 in Rowan County, she was the daughter of the late Worth Levi and Bertie Payne Christopher. A 1965 graduate of South Rowan High School and Kannapolis Business School, she was a lifetime member of Lutheran Chapel Church.

She loved going to the beach and Disney World. She liked spoiling her nieces and nephews. Ms. Christopher retired from the Concord Tribune, where she was in the classified ad department.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Marlene Anthony Tlalka.

Those left to cherish her memory are special friend Sheila Barger of China Grove, brothers Harold Lee Christopher and wife Stella of Dahlonega, Ga, sisters Dorothy "Dot" Eller of Landis and Jo C. Overcash and husband Vernon of China Grove. Ms. Christopher also had 11 nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2:00 til 3:45 at fellowship hall of Lutheran Chapel Church, with funeral following at 4:00 in the church with Rev. Constance Garrett, minister. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
