at home, surrounded by his immediate loved ones. He fought off an aggressive form of cancer
that moved quickly and relentlessly and eventually took him from us on this day. He is the third
child of Richard Sr. and Gloria Rangel, the youngest sibling of Richard Rangel Jr. and Ramona
Lombard. He has two beautiful children, Anthony Evan Rangel and Averie Marie Rangel. He is
also survived by Eric Lee Sena and Isaiah Rangel, who he saw as his own brothers.
