Arlene Foster Maniago

Arlene graduated from Far Eastern University where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance.

Arlene was a humble person, willing to lend a hand to any who asked and will be remembered by her family and friends as a loving person. She worked hard and did her best at whatever was thrown her way. Arlene will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A visitation for Arlene will be held Friday, March 22, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Chino, 13002 South Central Ave, Chino, CA 91710.
