Erick B. Urbina 41 of Ontario, passed away May 10, 2013 in Upland, CA. He was born August 13, 1971 in Veracruz, Mexico. Prior moving to Ontario he was a Chino resident for many years. He graduated from Don Lugo High School, and was a member of Calvary Chapel in Chino. He was employed at Doctors Hospital in Montclair as a Purchasing Clerk for 2 years. Erick is survived by his wife Maite R. Urbina, mother Imelda B. Urbina, father Arturo Urbina, brothers Arturo and Gerardo Urbina, grandfather, Arturo R. Urbina, mother-in-law, Martha Mendoza, many cousins, uncles and aunts.
