Gary Michael Maddalena

GARY MICHAEL MADDALENA 12/26/1951~12/17/2015 Gary attended Chowchilla Union High School and graduated from Fresno State on June 2, 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Gary was a very proud 3rd generation farmer and best friend to all. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Maddalena. Gary leaves behind the love of his life, Pamela “Pammie” Richardson; his loving mother, Joyce Maddalena; his brother, Dale (Yvonne) Maddalena; 2 nieces, Janelle Maddalena (Mike) Eggert and Andrea Maddalena (Jose) Sahagun; 3 great nieces, Lauren Maddalena, Brianna Gibbs and Cecilia Sahagun and 2 great nephews, Michael D Eggert and Joseph “Little Joe” Sahagun, all are from Chowchilla. Gary loved being a farmer, but most the most important thing to him was his family and his many friends. He will be truly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 28, 2015 from 4pm-8pm at Palm Memorial Worden Chapel, 140 S 6th St, Chowchilla, CA 93610. Funeral services will be held at the Cornerstone Community Church, 208 Fig Tree Rd, Chowchilla, CA 93610 on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 10am with interment to follow at the Chowchilla Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gary Maddalena Ag Scholarship Fund, 7230 Edgewater, Chowchilla, CA 93610. Arrangements are under the directions of Palm Memorial Worden Chapel.
