Doyne N. Wiggins, Circleville, Ohio, died January 1st, 2025, at Logan Elm Health Care Center. He was 82 years old. He was a minister, an educator, a law enforcement officer and Chaplin. Doyne is survived by his family and friends. Funeral arrangements were handled by the Defenbaugh-Wise-Schoedinger Funeral Home. The family requests no flowers.
