Sandra Jean Miller

She was born on July 29, 1937, to Alvere and Iona Kathryn (Neff) Valentine, Sandra was preceded in death by her parents. She leaves behind her beloved family: her son Michael (Laura) Miller; grandchildren Lindsey Miller and Matthew (Brooke) Miller; and great-grandchildren Everly and Jonathan, all of whom brought immense joy and purpose to her life.

A proud graduate of Circleville High School, Class of 1955, Sandra built a long and dedicated career serving her community. She worked for Blue Ribbon Dairy, General Telephone, and Savings Bank before retiring from the Pickaway County Prosecutor’s Office.

Sandra lived her life with a gentle spirit and a deeply devoted Christian faith. A lifetime member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, she was active in many groups and took great pride in serving her church family, making noodles, or lending her time wherever it was needed.

Known for her love of animals, Sandra always had a dog by her side and enjoyed feeding the birds around her home. She delighted in fishing trips, line dancing classes, woodworking, craft projects, yard sales, and especially baking Christmas cookies for family and friends. Above all, she cherished her family, who were the heart of her world.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Defenbaugh Wise Schoedinger Funeral Home, 151 E. Main St., Circleville, where her funeral service will begin at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Interment will follow at Forest Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, Circleville, Ohio.
