Jerome Edwin Bugielski Jr

Jerome was born July 26th, 1990 in Melrose Park, Illinois a son of Jerome E., Sr. and Elizabeth (Dobrowoski) Bugielski. He was a line worker with Airtex. He loved playing video games, listening to music, playing guitar and making friends.

He is survived by his parents Jerry and Liz Bugielski of Cisne, IL; sisters Kathryn Hartley of Bonnie, IL, Diane (Bobby) Caputo of Wayne, IL; brothers Charles (Dana) Bugielski of West Chicago, IL, Richard Bugielski of Cisne, IL, Brian (Catherine) Bugielski of Florida, Paul of Lyons, IL and Greg (Nicole) of Hawaii; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and 3 dogs and 2 cats.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Services will be conducted at 1pm Sunday March 29th, 2015 at Rock Branch Church rural Cisne, Illinois. Cremation will follow services. Friends may call at the church at 11:30am Sunday till service time.
