Mabel Lee Speagle

She was born on June 12, 1930 at Weiser, ID to Paul Albert & Helen (Ellis) Burnham Sr.

She married Cecil Ernest ‘Ernie’ Speagle in 1948 at Flora, IL and he preceded her in death on Sept. 14, 2006. She was a Certified Nurses’ Assistant and she was of the Christian Faith.

Surviving Mabel are; 3 daughters – Christine Masters and her husband Robert of Lamar, MO, Nancy Allen of Paris, Il & Madelin Reynolds of Decatur, IL; 4 sons- Mike Speagle Sr and his wife-Velma of Xenia, Il, Ron Speagle and his wife-Julie of Broken Arrow, OK, Kelly Speagle of Bremerton, WA & Randy Speagle of Olney, IL. Also 4 Sisters- Sharon Thompson and her husband-Cal of Jacksonville, FL, Dora Beachner of Independence, MO, Nita Burnham of New Orleans, LA & Virginia Harper of Kansas City, MO. Also 1 brother – Paul Burnham Jr and his wife- Florence of Navada, MO. and 19 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.

Preceding Mabel in death are: 1 son-Richard, 1 sister – Opal, her husband and her parents.

Graveside services will be held at 1 PM Saturday, July 23, 2011 at the Russell Cemetery at Rinard, IL. There will be no visitation.

Hosselton Funeral Home of Cisne, IL is in charge of arrangements.
