Richard D. Stark

Richard was born September 22, 1950 at Rinard, IL to Robert O. and Rosellen (Laughlin) Stark. He married June Lauman in 1973 at Cisne, IL. Richard was a Tire Builder for Continental Tire in Mt. Vernon, IL. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and horseback riding.

Richard was a veteran of the Vietnam Era and a member of Blue Point Free Will Baptist Church.

Richard is survived by his wife June Stark of Rinard, IL; two sons Jeremiah Stark (& his wife Lyna) of Cisne, IL and Jason Stark of LaSalle, IL; three sisters Roberta Trouper (& her husband Bob) of Lockport, IL; Ruby Duben of Glendale Heights, IL, and Rita Dickey (& her husband Norman) of Rockford, IL; three brothers Randall Stark (& his wife Hazel) of Plainfield, IL; Ray Stark (& his wife Connie) of St. Peter, IL; and Ronnie Stark (& his wife Wilma) of Fairfield, IL. Two grandchildren Zechariah and Savannah also survive.

Preceding him in death were one brother Robert Jr., a nephew Kenneth and his parents.

Funeral services for Richard Stark will be 10:30AM Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Hosselton Funeral Home. Burial will be at Willow Branch Cemetery with full military rites. Visitation will be 6-8PM Friday, at Hosselton Funeral Home.

Memorials may be given to the family and will be accepted at Hosselton Funeral Home.
