William Dale Dale Henson

Dale was born August 31, 1943 at Cisne, IL to Cloyd and Leah (Turner) Henson. He married Laura Ellis June 27, 1969 at Keenes, IL. He was a retired farmer.

Dale is survived by his wife Laura Henson of Orchardville, IL; a daughter Dalisa Draper of Orchardville, IL; a son Steve (Jenny) Henson of Flora, IL; one step-sister Velda Hawkins of Hobart, IN and a sister-in-law Sandra Henson of Fairfield, IL. Four grandchildren Clayton and Hannah Draper of Orchardville, IL and Dani and Andi Henson of Flora, IL also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Donald Henson, step-brothers John Hawkins, and Olen Hawkins.

Funeral services for Dale ‘Snake’ Henson will be 11AM Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at Hosselton Funeral Home. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Friends may greet the family 5-8PM Monday, September 8, 2014 at the funeral home.

Memorials may be given to Good Samaritan Hospice or Providence General Baptist Church and will be accepted at Hosselton Funeral Home.
