Cameron Thomas Cannon, 38, of Clayton passed away unexpectedly Sunday, December 28, 2014. A native of Philadelphia, PA, Cameron was born December 15, 1976 to the late John Patrick and Elaine Theresa Basile Cannon. He loved to laugh and around him it was definitely contagious. He made everyone laugh with him. He loved to dance, fly, and be goofy. All the children would flock to him, he was the life of the party. Along with his humor, Cameron was also a phenomenal artist nand could play almost any instrument effortlessly.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 in the McLaurin Funeral Home Chapel, 12830 US Highway 70 Business West, Clayton, NC 27520. The family will receive friends from 12-1pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
Cameron is survived by his wife, Sabrina Marie Cannon; son, Liam Christopher Cannon; brother, Tony Cannon and his wife, Jennifer; Nieces, Sydney and Avery; nephew, Grant; step daughter, Lisa Heginbothom; and his uncle Tony Basile and his wife, Linda.
