Carolyn Poole Bass

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 2:00pm in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home with entombment following at Pinecrest Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 1 – 2:00pm prior to the service.

Surviving are her daughters, Pamela Dunbar Jefferys, Debbie Dunbar Ferket, and Denise Dunbar Watson; son, Roger Joseph Dunbar, Jr.; grandchildren, Brian Adams, Brookie Miller, Nicole Bullock, Laura Jefferys, Jessica Jefferys, Stacey Owens, Colton Dunbar, Josh Hawley, Amanda Jefferys, and Casey Jackson; 30 great grandchildren; sisters, Phyllis Poole King and Kay Poole McLean. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Bobby R. Bass; daughter, Cheryl Dunbar Cotton; sister, Betty Lou Hall; brothers, Brookie Poole, Mack Poole, Edward Poole, Charles Poole, and Bill Sparkman.
