Dear Mr. and Mrs. Chilton,
It is with a heavy heart that we send this message to you. Sadly, we have learned about the passing of your beloved son Christopher. There are simply no words that can adequately express what it is to suffer the loss of a beloved child. We are bereaved parents who have suffered this devastating loss also and want to reach out to you in behalf of our group: The Compassionate Friends of Wake County. We are a non-profit and non-denominational support group that consists solely of parents who have lost children of all ages. We are part of the worldwide organization The Compassionate Friends which can be accessed at www.compassionatefriends.org. I remember when we first moved to Ellington and put in a basketball goal. I would come home from work and Brett would be playing in the yard. It made me happy to see him having fun on our flat driveway. He always apologized to me. I always old him to come back again. And he did. Brett was always polite when either of us saw him in town. 

So sad for the families loss.
