Curt it is so unimaginable you are gone.  When I was 13 I fell in love with the cutest, nicest & coolest guy I had ever met. We hung out in Montauk during the Summer then I would fly home to Texas.  I remember  our first kiss at the beach was the 1st for both of us & we spoke of a future together that we knew could never hsppen as we were miles apart so we simply became the best of friends for decades.  I remember Curt falling in love with Sue Ann. Their short time apart & how he drove with roses to see her & try to get her back. I remember the call when he said he saw her walikng towards him at Anthony's & how happy he was. Then the incredible engagement, wedding, each little ones birth & how he found out about Ava from Antons shirt. He loved his family so much and I was so proud & happy for him.  We talked a lot up until the past 15 years or so & I will miss his humor, advice & warm heart. The last time we spoke was the freeze in Tx. Out of the blue he called and said what the heck is going on in Tx? If I knew it was the last time we spoke I would have talked longer. I will miss you & love you forever as you always have and forever will hold such a special place in my heart. Sue Ann, Emma, Anton & Ava he loved you all so very much and maybe one day I can tell you some stories he would tell me so you know from the time he knew he would be a husband and father how very happy that made him & he told everyone. All my love for you all & all my love to Curt in heaven. You were one of the great ones on Earth now rest in Heaven dear sweet friend. Gonna miss you.

After working together for over a year via email and Teams, this photo was our first time meeting in-person in 2023.  Curt was the kindest, always positive, and always willing to help fellow team members.  He will be SO incredibly missed!  My deepest condolences to your family.

I am so very sorry for your loss. My heart truly breaks for the Hallinger family.  I remember when Curt was hired with Allscripts, now Veradigm.  He started his career at Veradigm on the Sales team and then moved over into the client success team. Man of man did Curt thrive in everything he did at Veradigm. He was one of the kindest souls I've ever had the pleasure to work with.  We shared several clients together and I spoke with him on a weekly basis. I'm beyond heartbroken. Curt was the kind of person that you knew would have your back. He was accountable, trustworthy, easy to talk to, caring, kind, and so many more things. He will truly be missed amongst our Veradigm family and there will never be another Curt. My sincerest condolences to the Hallinger family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I didn't know Curt well (we shared one client), but I could tell he was genuinely someone who was likeable and was serious about his job. Curt was determined to make sure the client was happy with the outcome of any interaction.  So very sorry for your loss.

Words cant express the sorrow we feel for ourselves and for the family.
