Edward Cooper Green, age 94, of Clayton, North Carolina passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at his residence.

A memorial service for Ed will be held Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 3:30 PM at White Oak Baptist Church, 3943 Buffalo Road, Archer Lodge, NC. The family will be receiving friends from 2:30 pm until 3:30 pm at the church, prior to the service.

Ed was born November 14, 1927 in Johnston County, NC to the late Elbert Green and the late Alice Blinson Green. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Dennis Green.

He is survived by his two sons, Ricky Green and Gary Green; two grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
