I met Gene many years ago when he came to APV in Rosemont and Schiller Park to work on the SAP project.  He was sweet, funny, and will always be remembered by me as Chickenman.  Did you keep the dancing chicken Geno.  Rest In Peace my friend.  It was a pleasure knowing you 💔

Geno and I met back at Hams many years ago.  We not only watched football together, we became family.  We met most days and just talked.  I think we spent most days just hanging out.   
I will never forget the night I was working at home on a paper for school and Geno and Stotler came to the house and kidnapped me.  They said that I needed a break and they were there to give me one.   So they took me to Stotler's house for dinner. You never said no to Geno.  
I will keep my promise on the first game this season and know that you are watching it with me.  I am just sorry we will not be together.  You will be missed, but forever in my heart.

As most people in Clayton i met gene at CDH. After going regularly we spoke as we had known each other for years. Although we disagreed on our sports team we always gave credit where credit was due. I’ve had many great conversations with gene either at CDH or the polling place. He was a man with a wonderful heart that touched so many people in so many different aspects. Bless you and your family gene! Let’s go Giants!

It has not been the same with out you at the CDH, and it never will be again! I so miss the banter we shared on almost a daily basis. It's not even been fun playing Keno with out you. You will be forever in my heart! We didn't know each other very long, but I give praise to God for the time he shared you with me. You were always the perfect gentleman, and I will always laugh at you saying "you never know what's going to come out of Tim's mouth" well what I wish had come out, is that "I love you, Geno" RIP, see you on the other side.
PS. Philly fans are still the worst in all of sports!

I'll never forget when the Beatles came into our lives. We use to sing in front of the mirror pretending we were Paul and John. I was John and he was Paul. He looked so much like him. We would hold hair brushes up to our mouth like they were microphones. Then his grandmother walked in on us and thought we were crazy. Those were the days. I miss you so much my best friend, brother you will always be in my heart and soul. Blessings Joe Buffardi. 


Geno, you were like a second or third father to me. You always just wanted to befriend anyone you met, or take care of anyone you knew. We hit it off immediately with our love for sports and music- combined with our diehard love for all things Philly, our Catholic guilt, and the fact that if someone built a wall in front of us, we would talk to it. 

Some days it would just be you and I, conversing for hours about the same things even though we were from such different generations. I can’t believe we even got to watch an Eagles parade together side by side. So many little things already have reminded me of the laughter you brought to our lives since we met you. 

You will always hold a place in my heart and I will especially cherish that you brought so many of us together as friends. 

I met Geno at the Cleveland Draft House in 2014. He was one of the nicest, most genuine people Ive ever known. He was not just a customer, he was a friend. I will miss seeing him and definitely his jokes. He touched many people at the DH over the years and was part of our family. My deepest condolences to Laura and the family. 

I met Gene a few years ago after I moved to Clayton, not knowing a person in town. Gene welcomed me and we quickly struck up a conversation. There is not another man, that I know, that brought more friendships together, than Mr. Gene Paldino. Your spirit will live through many people, grateful to have known you.

I met Geno four years ago at Cleveland Draft House. We immediately started talking as I was wearing my Philadelphia Eagles jersey. 
As we started talking about our beloved Eagles I found out that not only was Geno also from Philadelphia, but that we were neighbors as well!
I learned that he was the "Mayor" of CDH since he was the first patron that graced the bar when they first opened their doors.
Each time my husband and I returned and saw Geno's smiling face and starting sharing memories of our teams and our old stomping grounds.
Geno became a good friend over the years and someone that I'm proud to have met just by chance.
He will be missed dearly.
Geno - may you always have Philadelphia sports and Keno in heaven, if someone like you is looking down on us I think we will all be just fine. Fly Eagles Fly!
