Jaime Sainz

Jaime Sainz, age 58, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family. Jaime was born in Manhattan, NY on November 4, 1964 to the late Jaime and Virginia Caro Sainz and served in the US Army for 32 years prior to his retirement.

Jaime is survived by his wife, Nocelia Ivet Sainz; children, Luis Alejandro Sainz, Andrea Gabrielle Sainz, James Jamir Sainz, Adball J. (Jessica) Sainz, and son Deian Jabari Sainz; brother, Rodney Sainz (Marlene J. Sainz); sister, Yvonne Sainz; nieces, Marlene Michelle Sainz-Quinones, Jetzebel Sainz and Lizmarie Sainz; nephews, Rodney Sainz, Jr., Juan Santos and Raymond Alexander Sainz. In addition to his parents, Jaime is also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Erminio Caro Moreno and Mercedes Cardona Matias; paternal grandparents, Ramon Amos Sainz and Maria Isabel Torres; maternal great grandparents, Euladio Cardona Gomez and Felicita Matias Moreno.

A prayer service for Jaime will be held Friday, February 24, 2023 at 4:00pm in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home 12830 US 70 Bus Hwy W, Clayton, NC with a gathering of family and friends following the service.
