James Lovick Brown III

James met his wife Edna at age 4 living next door to each other. At 18 they got married and had 3 sons Timothy, Matt and David. They moved their family to California where James received his Master’s degree in accounting from Santa Clara University. Timothy had 2 girls Taylor and Megan and Matt had 2 boys Matt Jr and Alex.

James loved to travel all over the world and never met a stranger. James also had a large love for many types of food from all over the world and spread that love to his family. James was also a preacher and was very much a part of his Church family at Church of the Christ churches.

A memorial service for James will be held Sunday, November 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Cary Church of Christ, 6640 Tryon Road, Cary, North Carolina 27518, Cary, NC 27518.
