Marilyn Rose Harlow-Maynard

Mrs. Marilyn Harlow-Maynard, 76, of Garner passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016. She was born November 20, 1939 in Wake County, daughter of the late Henry Dee Wall and Sarah Elizabeth Vinson Wall. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Grady Harlow.

Marilyn was a loving mother, grandmother, and wife and was the owner of Bernina World of Sewing in Raleigh.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 23rd 10-11:30 A.M. with the funeral service following at 11:30 A.M. in the McLaurin Funeral Home Chapel in Clayton conducted by Rev. Nate Ford. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, John Maynard; three children, Mike Harlow and wife Tonya of Wake Forest, Carolyn Wilson and husband Craig of Garner, and Susan Bryant and husband Charles of Garner; two sisters, Marsha Honeycutt and Janice Hicks both of Raleigh; eight grandchildren, Jason Bryant, Jessica Chavis, Savanna Lewis, Christian Bryant, Bryan Harlow, Kevin Singletary, Cody Wilson, and Taylor Tanner; and five great grandchildren, Caleb Bryant, Chloe Bryant, Kaden Chavis, Hailey Singletary, and Shaun Singletary.
