

Mary attended the public school, Short Journey, where she graduated. She also received her CNA license from Baltimore Community College and received her Cosmetology license from Johnston Community College.
At an early age, Mary gave her life to Christ under the leadership of the late Apostle Johnny Washington. She was ordained to preach The Word of God under the leadership of the late Bishop Chappel Peterson. Many years later, Mary moved to Clayton, NC where she then became a member at Salvation Deliverance Temple Holy Church, Inc in Smithfield, NC under the leadership of the late Bishop Ruben Thompson (Mary). There she continued to be a very faithful and dedicated servant of Gods church and all mankind.
Mary dedicated many years working at the DMV in Maryland and North Carolina, Also, dedicated many years at The Department of Social Service in North Carolina and at Clayton Primary.
Mary was a loving, caring, dependable, God fearing woman who did not mind talking, listening and praying for all God’s children. She leaves behind precious memories in the hearts of all her family and dear friends. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lucinda Williams, her husband, Elijah Wilson and 4 of her brothers/sisters: Rosa Lee Daughtry, Pete Williams, Bobby Williams and Betsy Williams. She is survived by her 5 children: Marcus (Edwanda) McCullers, Valarie Mundia, Katrina McCullers, Timothy McCullers and Malachi (Audrey) Jones and her 2 grandchildren that she adopted as her children: Daniel McCullers Jr. and Shatira McCullers. She is also survived by 5 brothers/sisters: Jasper (Annie Ruth) Williams, Gene Williams, Rosamae Williams, Marjorie (Donald) Dixon and Lucinda Watkins. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and a host of aunts/uncles, nieces/nephews, cousins and friends.
