W. Ronnie Adams

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, June 14, 2025 in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home in Clayton, North Carolina with Pastor Donnie Barbour officiating. Burial will follow at the Hayes Chapel Christian Church Cemetery in Garner, North Carolina.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00 am Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the funeral home prior to the service.

He was born in Johnston County on September 15, 1960 to the late William Harris Adams and the late Lessie McCleod Adams. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters Katherine White and Susan Griswold.

Ronnie was the owner and operator of Adams Cleaning Service. He enjoyed the outdoors, spending time with family and friends and cheering loudly for his son’s rugby games.

He is survived by his wife, Sally Strickland Adams; a son, William Ronnie Adams, II and his wife Julia; niece Amy Rose and her husband Andy and children Connor and Emma Rose of Princeton.
