Walter Kenneth Davis

Funeral services for Mr. Davis will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 31, 2021 in the Chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Pollock officiating. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 31, from 1:00 until 2:00 at the funeral home prior to the service.

He was born in Johnston County on July 10, 1937 to the late Lessie D. Davis and the late George M. Davis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Russell Davis.

He is survived by a son, Kent Davis; daughters, Karen Davis and Amy Blinson (Gregg); grandsons, Kyle Davis, Zach and Zane Blinson; a brother, Glenn Davis (Marie) and several nieces and nephews.

While flowers are accepted, memorial contributions may be made in Walter’s memory to the SECU Hospice House, 426 Hospital Rd Smithfield, NC 27577 or to the NC Alzheimer’s Association.
