Alex J. Ambuski

Born October 15, 1958, in Buffalo, NY, the son of Casmere and Florence (Prevorice) Ambuski.

He was a United States Army Veteran.

Mr. Ambuski was Baptist by Faith.

He was a member of the Clearfield Veterans of Foreign Wars F. Michael Sicks Post No. 1785 and was an avid Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan.

Alex is survived by his six children: Rosemary Ziehm (Robert) of Lockport, NY, Timothy Ambuski (Sherrie) of Tonawanda, NY, Joseph Ambuski (Kimberly) of Colorado Springs, CO, Samantha Murphy of Scott AFB, IL, Melissa Root of Clearfield and Lisa Smith (Khorey) of Belle Vernon, PA, fourteen grandchildren, a sister, Bernadette and his significant other, Sharen Armstrong of Clearfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Jacquelyn Ambuski, two sisters: Cathy Smith and Pauline Robinson and two brothers: Edward and Richard Ambuski.

Honoring Alex’s wishes there will be no public visitation or service.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.

The Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc., Clearfield is overseeing the arrangements.
