Barbara P. Krebs

Mrs. Krebs was born July 13, 1934 in Philipsburg, the daughter of Theodore E. and Levoy (Hubler) Pelton.

She was a mother and homemaker.

Mrs. Krebs was a member of the Shiloh United Methodist Church.

She is survived by four children: Rhonda A. Reiter and her husband Melvin of Clearfield, Mark L. Krebs and his wife Karen of Morrisdale, Marshall K. Krebs of Woodland and Colette J. Donahue and her husband Kenneth of Reynoldsville, eight grandchildren: Elizabeth Uncles and her husband Steven, Danielle Krebs, Jennifer Wink and her husband Kevin, Kellie Ann Luzier and her husband Shawn, Mason Krebs and his wife Rochelle, Marvin W. Krebs, Melanie Jarrett and her husband Scott and Denise Miller and her husband Rob, nine great grandchildren, two sisters: Ruth Maguire and her husband Robert of Pottstown and Marjorie Baumgardner and her husband Larry of Lanse, two brothers: Thomas Pelton and his wife Linda and Bradley Pelton and his wife Anette all of Morrisdale and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Krebs was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Marvin Krebs whom she married June 8, 1953 and who passed away July 14, 2010 and a granddaughter, Kerrie Krebs.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home Inc. of Clearfield with Mr. Doug Maguire officiating. Interment will be in Shiloh Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday, July 26, 2013 from 4 to 8 P.M. and on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of services.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
