She was born on January 8, 1945 in Glen Richey, PA the daughter of the late John and Marie (Young) Brady.
Betty is survived by her three siblings: Shirley Howell of Hyde, Donald Brady and his wife Gloria of Clearfield and Edward Brady and his wife Doreen of Clearfield; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Emmett R. Cook; two brothers, John R. Brady and Charles Brady and a sister, Joan Brown.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
