

She was born on December 19, 1930, in Reynoldsville, the daughter of Michael and Mary Sue (Vetrone) Campanini.
Connie was a Homemaker. In her free time, she enjoyed making cards and ceramics as well as spending time with her family. She was a big fan of Jeopardy! In keeping with her proud Italian heritage, her meatballs and sauce were the greatest of all time. She was Christian by Faith and read and studied the Bible every day.
On June 6, 1953, Connie married the love of her life Richard “Dick” Horak, who preceded her in death on August 14, 2012 after celebrating 59 years of marriage. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Michael Campanini.
Connie is survived by her three sons: Michael Horak and his wife Debbie of Landenberg, PA; Edward Horak and his wife Nancy of DuBois, PA and their children Richard and Susan Horak; and David Horak and his wife Maritess of Gloucester, MA. She is also survived by her sister Shirley Stefanelli of Erie, PA and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Interment will be in Lakelawn Memorial Park, Reynoldsville.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
