Ms. Maines was born February 16, 1931 in Curwensville, the daughter of William E. and Hannah (Jones) Maines.
She attended Fayette Resources, Hyde adult day program and enjoyed doing crafts including latchhook rugs and loom rugs.
Ms. Maines is survived by a sister, Martha Lilley and her companion Rodney Martell of Curwensville and numerous nieces and nephew including Sandy Troy and her companion Don Soliday of Grampian.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Aretta Siemucha and seven brothers; William, Donald, Llewelyn, Elmer, Ray, Reuben and Luke Maines.
Funeral Services will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield on Monday, November 16, 2015 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Philip Colgan officiating. Interment will be at Crown Crest Memorial Park.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Sunday, November 15, 2015 from 7 to 9 PM and on Monday from 10:00 AM until the hour of services.
