

Mr. Neff was born November 20, 1937 in Clearfield, the son of Willis L. and Fannie L. (Amon) Neff.
Jack was a graduate of Clearfield High School, Class of 1955.
He was retired from Al Hamilton Contracting Co., where he was a heavy equipment operator. He was formerly employed at Shawville Coal Co. and Piper Aircraft and had also worked at the former Clearfield True Value.
Mr. Neff was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Clearfield. He was a member and past President of the Clearfield Lions Club, member of the Clearfield Lodge #314 F & AM, the Goshen Sportsman Association, the Glen Richey Sportsman Association and Old Town Sportsman Association.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Ann R. (Rougeux) Neff, whom he married May 11, 1974; two children: Jackie L. Neff, Jr. of Curwensville and Debra L. New-Day and her husband Paul; seven grandchildren, a number of great grandchildren; a sister, Joyce M. Harzinski of Curwensville, five nieces and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Fred and Barbara Rougeux.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers; Willis M. and Robert J. Neff.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Trinity United Methodist Church of Clearfield on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 1:00 PM with Pastor T.J. McCabe officiating. Interment will be in Crown Crest Memorial Park.
Friends will be received at the church on Tuesday from 12:00 PM until the hour of services.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 121 S. 2nd Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
