

He was born on May 5, 1953 in Clearfield the son of the late Walter Stucke and Constance Casher Green. On August 21, 1976 he married Patricia “Marlene” (Green) Casher.
Joseph served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.
Retired, Joseph worked as a mechanic for Pen Dot for 8 years, he had previously worked Clearfield Cummins Diesel for 21 years.
He was a lifetime member to the VFW, American Legion and Eagles. He enjoyed camping, hunting and spending time with his family.
Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Patricia (Green) Casher of Woodland, two sons: Jeff Casher and his companion Colleen Doughty of Northern Cambria and Steven Casher and his companion Dana Mason of Morrisdale; five grandchildren: Catara Casher, Riley Casher, Colton Casher, Madison Doughty and Jacob Green; five half siblings: David Green (Cindy) of AZ, Barbara Green of MD, Teresa Stucke Toy of Mineral Springs, Walter Stucke of Clearfield and Dallas Stucke of Mineral Springs; two step siblings: Randy Korb (Annie) of Clearfield and Steve Korb of Clearfield; and a step mother Gila Stucke.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his half-brother Dennis Green.
Funeral Services will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 7:00 PM with Pastor Brenda Libreatori officiating. Full military honors will be accorded by members of the Clearfield Honor Guard. Interment will be in Bradford Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 12pm until 2pm and from 4:00 until the hour of services.
