Marilyn P. Green

Mrs. Green was born November 16, 1926 in Bigler, the daughter of Ivan and Edna Faye (Remsnyder) Baughman.

Marilyn was a graduate of the Clearfield High School and graduated from Robert Morris Business School in 1944.

Mrs. Green was a homemaker and had worked at Reeses in Hershey for twenty-four years retiring in 1999.

Marilyn was a member of Grace Chapel in Elizabethtown.

Mrs. Green loved to sit on the beach and go boating and fishing.

Marilyn is survived by her husband Loren Green whom she married on August 15, 1947, two children: Loren I. Green and his wife Ellen of West Decatur and Kimberly Memmi of Hummelstown, eight grandchildren, fifteen great - grandchildren, a daughter-in-law Wendy Green of West Decatur, a sister, Shirley Nelson

of Summerland, CA and a niece.

Mrs. Green is preceded in death by her parents and a son Franklin Green.

Funeral Services will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 12:00 P.M. with Minister Isaiah Krause officiating. Interment will be in Bigler Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of services.

A Memorial Service will be held at Grace Chapel, Elizabethtown, on Saturday April 23, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Mel Weaver officiating

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of donor’s the choice.
