Marlene E. Luzier

Mrs. Luzier was born October 16, 1938 in Clearfield, the daughter of Russell A. and Elizabeth (Rishel) Wrigley.

She retired from Bayer Clothing in 2003.

Mrs. Luzier was Methodist by faith.

She was a wonderful loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt. She enjoyed playing the organ and was an avid book reader.

Mrs. Luzier is survived by seven children; Pamela Dugan and her husband Greg of Clearfield, Sharon Shugerts and her husband Chester of Pleasant Valley, Merrianne Frisco of Pleasant Valley, Kimberly Ames and her husband Bill of DuBois, Gwen Henry and her husband Ken of Clearfield, Scott Luzier and his wife Sara of Spring Mills and Gregory Luzier and his wife Susan of Bradenton, FL., twelve grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, two sisters; Candace Wrigley Rhone, of Clearfield and Gloria Badger and her husband Frank of California and also a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jack L. Luzier, whom she married on May 6, 1955 and who passed away April 26, 1995 and an infant son, Jack Christopher Luzier.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc., Clearfield with Rev. Dr. Joleen A. Willis officiating. Interment will be in Bradford Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday, March 28, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9PM and on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of the services.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Joseph and Elizabeth Shaw Public Library, 1 South Front Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
