

She was born on April 11, 1933 in Clearfield, the daughter of the late Meryll and Edith (Knepp) Lonjin.
Mary Jane was a former member of the Woodland Methodist Church. She also was a member of the CB Club.
Mary Jane was a homemaker most of her life, taking care of her six children. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with her family. She was a huge fan of sports, keeping up with her grandchildren and the statistics of the teams in the community. Wresting, baseball and softball being some of her favorites.
On February 19, 1949 she wed the late Don Williams, the love of her life.
She is survived by her four children: George D. “Peach” Williams Jr. and his wife Sandy of Morrisdale, James D. “Pear” Williams and his wife Pamela of Mineral Springs, Diana G. Schwab and her husband Wayne of Mill Hall, and Doyle M. “Dude” Williams of West Decatur; also surviving is a daughter in law, Denise Williams of Philipsburg; sixteen grandchildren, twenty nine great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son, Richard D. “Rin” Williams and a daughter, Darlene “Moots” Candelaria; also by her four siblings: Meryl “Dick” Lonjin, Margaret Shugarts, John Lonjin and Hazel Maines. Mary Jane was the last of her generation.
Mary Jane was a big supporter of the “Make America Great Again” campaign.
Friends will be received from 3-6pm on Friday, May 12, 2017 at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. A funeral service will be held at 6pm at the funeral home with Pastor Sam Maines officiating. Burial will be in Bradford Cemetery.
