Agnes Rita Hamilton

Born on August 21, 1938, in Plainfield, New Jersey, Agnes was the beloved daughter of the late Rita and Vincent Forsythe. She lived a life defined by service, compassion, and dedication to others.

Agnes proudly served her country in the United States Air Force. Following her military service, she devoted many years to caring for others as a registered nurse, a profession that reflected her generous spirit and deep commitment to helping those in need.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Jeffrey Hamilton and Lisa Clayton; her sister, Cynthia Worthington; her nieces, Joan M. Doyle and Susan Becker; and her nephew, James Dixon. Agnes also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, as well as many extended family members and dear friends who will miss her greatly.

In addition to her parents, Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Striker; her daughter, Robin Clayton; and her sister, Carol Dixon.

Agnes will be laid to rest at 1pm on Friday, April 17, 2026, at Florida National Cemetery 6502 SW 102nd Avenue Bushnell, Florida 33513, where she will be honored for her service and remembered with love by all who knew her.
