Billy Joe Million

was born January 18, 1939.

Billy Joe was born in Pennington Gap VA. Billy proudly served in the U.S. Army at Fort Benning , Ga. with the US AR control group where he was a specialist with the rifle and Bar Cal. 30 S.S (Bar) . Billy was a trainer for rappeling out of helicopters of which he was very proud and extremely good at.

After his honorable discharge he moved to Dayton Ohio and started his career with Chrysler and retired after 33 years at the age of 55 and started his passion for golf and bowling with friends and relatives .

Billy moved to Safety harbor Florida in 2018 to begin a new chapter of his life with his loving daughter Mandy Dunlap and friend and son-in-law John Dunlap. During the four years he was in Florida, he and his family enjoyed many laughs and memories together .

For those who knew Billy, he had a great sense of humor and will always be remembered for the noises he would make to bring a smile and laughter to everyone.

Surviving are his three sisters , Sue, Phyllis and Hazel along with numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Plans will be made for his celebration of life in the near future .
