Billy J. Sipe, 82, of Clearwater, Florida, formerly of Winter Park, Florida, passed peacefully on June 25, 2014. He moved to Florida in 1961. He retired from United Parcel Service management as division manager in 1986 and celebrated 65 years of marriage to his wife, Vivian Sipe, on June 24, 2014. He is predeceased by mother Annie Sipe Rudisill, father Lee Sipe, and daughter, Sharon Sipe Arnell. He is survived by his wife, son Mark Sipe, daughter Beth Sipe Bennion, sister Mary Covert, step-brother Kenneth Underwood, and grandchildren Tyler Bennion and Mackenzie Bennion. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on June 30, 2014 at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Rd., Clearwater, Florida 33759 with a service to follow at 11:00 AM.
