Carol was born on May 4, 1943, in Milford, Massachusetts, to the late Carmella and Emery Munyon. She grew up with a deep sense of family, kindness, and faith that would guide her throughout her life.
Carol dedicated many years of her career to AJ Knott Tool Manufacturing, where she worked as an inspector. She was known for her diligence, strong work ethic, and the pride she took in doing her work well.
In 2004, Carol and her beloved husband Winston retired to Palm Harbor, Florida, after many years in North Uxbridge, Massachusetts. They made the move to be closer to family and to spend precious time helping care for their grandchildren. Carol cherished those years, enjoying the Florida sunshine and the blessing of having loved ones nearby.
In her quieter moments, Carol found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved settling in with a good book and spending time sewing—creating things with care and patience. Above all else, Carol devoted her life to her family. Her love for her children and grandchildren was constant and unconditional, and her faith and friendships were sources of strength and comfort throughout her life.
Carol is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Winston A. Little; her children, Lynne (Paul) Falardeau, Mark Little, and Melissa (Michael) Short; her siblings, David (Beverly) Munyon and Patricia Munyon; and her cherished grandchildren, Heather (Adam) Foster, Steven (Amanda) Falardeau, Keely Falardeau, Alexander Short, Aiden Short; and four great-grandchildren.
She especially looked forward to her weekly visits with her long-time hairdresser, Perry Parasco, which were filled with laughter and companionship. She also leaves behind dear friends who meant so much to her, including Maryellen and Randy Watson, Marie and Vas Kohutic, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her deeply.
In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her brothers, Albert Munyon and Emery Munyon Jr.
Carol will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her devotion to those she loved, and the warmth she brought to every life she touched. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, 2860 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, Florida 33759.
