Catherine “Cathy” I. Owens, of Clearwater, Florida, died September 8, 2016. She was born October 12, 1954 in Cape May Court House, New Jersey. She was the daughter of the late Alfred and Eleanor Ruthenbeck. She attended the Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister, volunteered at the St Jude Gift Store and other ministries. Always reaching out to family, friends and neighbors, she was well loved by all who met her. She is survived by her loving husband Robert Owens, sister Alice Ruthenbeck, and brother Edward Ruthenbeck.
