Dominic Zanazzi, 76, of Clearwater, Florida, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. Born on September 6, 1949, in Piacenza, Italy, he was the beloved son of Vittorio and Adele Zanazzi.
Dominic was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose life reflected quiet strength, dignity, and generosity. He took pride in dressing well and carried himself with grace, but those who knew him best understood that his greatest qualities were his kindness and compassion. He had a special love for children and a natural instinct to care for others. Whether watching classic wrestling, enjoying mafia and James Bond films, or cooking meals that brought the family together, Dominic created moments that will now become cherished memories. His chicken cutlets and baked ziti were more than favorite dishes—they were expressions of his love.
Dominic lived his faith through action. He helped others without seeking recognition and showed up consistently for those he loved. His humility, warmth, and devotion to family will remain his lasting legacy.
He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Zanazzi; his son, Victor Zanazzi; and his cherished granddaughter, Adriana Zanazzi. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vittorio and Adele Zanazzi, and his sister, Marisa Antisen.
A visitation will be held on March 1, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, Florida 33759. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m., with burial immediately afterward at 3:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to gather in prayer and remembrance as they commend Dominic to God’s eternal embrace.
