Frank dedicated his life to service, both to his country and his community. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1948 and served with distinction through multiple conflicts, including the Korean War in 1950 and the Vietnam War in 1967. After a long and honorable military career, he retired as Lieutenant Colonel in 1971.
Beyond his military service, Frank was a devoted family man. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Mildred; his children, Elaine, Karen, Frank, Kristi, and Patrick; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Ada; his children, Timothy and Kelly; his grandson, Joshua; and his parents, Pablo and Gregoria.
Faith played an important role in Frank's life. A devout Catholic, he served in his church choir for 40 years, sharing his love of music with his congregation. His passion for music extended beyond the church as he enjoyed playing the guitar throughout his life. He also found joy on the softball field, embracing both competition and camaraderie through the sport he loved.
