Born on September 18th, 1934 in Englewood, New Jersey the son of the late Arthur Edward Lardner and Annie Singeisen.
George graduated from Hackensack High School and later served his country as a member of the United States Army. He built a successful career and became Vice President of Halkey-Roberts Corporation and then went on to start his own small business in 1989, finally retiring in 2001.
He is survived by his loving wife, Alice, his daughter, Laurie Picillo (Vincent) and their children Brian, Michael, and Thomas. His son Scott Lardner (Susan) and their children Kristen and Kevin. His Stepchildren Joseph, Maggie (and her son Kyle), and Lori. George was blessed with seven great grandchildren.
He will be remembered for being a devoted & lifelong fan of the New York Yankees, for his great sense of humor and most of all - for his love for his family.
