Dear Brent, Kris, and family:  I'm not sure whether you remember me, but  I was thinking about you very recently, did some Googling and found this. It was quite a shock.  I am so very sorry -- it's so unfair.  I remember the three of you very well, as glamorous and beautiful children who were also polite and kind.  So many  happy childhood memories of "Aunt Belle and Uncle Sam" and your "Aunt Annie and Uncle Andrew" in Merrimac.  I miss them all, and I know Gregg is giving them hugs and kisses for me. Gregg was such a sweet lady. It was only this past year we really got to know her. My family and I always knew her as the lady who was always running or biking thru Hidden Lake. She came to adore my son with special needs.  She bought Girl Scout cookies from my daughters cookie booth in the driveway. She was such a sweet and loving person. She spoke with such love about her grandkids and children. She loved her family so much.  It truly broke my heart to hear of her passing. It provides great comfort to know she is in Heaven.  And to hear she was an organ donor is beyond amazing- she continues to be selfless even after her passing.  Prayers to her husband, children, and grandkids. The loss of a close friend and former coworker has broken my heart. Gregg and I worked together at Morton Plant Hospital for many years and we also were on a softball team and bowling league together with friends from work. I was in her wedding and celebrated with her and Jose when all their children were born. 
She adored and loved her children so much and most of all her grandchildren! She would send me photos and videos of them often. 
Gregg also was a prayer partner through the years as we both went through different life events and I cherished her sisterhood in Christ. 
As in my later years I also took up her passion for running and biking, we would share in those accomplishments. 
When I posted on my FB page about her accident and service, so many of my friends that didn't know her commented that they saw her often biking and smiling! They didn't realize we were friends and gave so many heartfelt condolences to the family. 
My prayers and sorrow to Jose and the family as you have lost such a special, loving person in your life. 
I will miss her but cherish and remember the times we shared together as coworkers, friends and prayer partners.

Gregg had such a big heart and a beautiful soul. We were lucky enough to meet her years ago when she welcomed us with open arms to stay at their house. She even put my husband to work! Opposite to most people I have not known Gregg for a very long time. I have moved into the same neighborhood about a year ago and I started seeing Gregg on my daily walks with the stroller. And somehow very naturally we started walking together and became friends. We were very unlike duo to make a friendship, coming from different countries, cultures and with a significant age difference. But despite all that, we had a very strong connection from the beginning and enjoyed each other company very much. Lately, we were walking up to 4 hours a day, sometimes even putting 10 miles in and we spent all our time talking - discussing families, books, news, movies, TV shows, there was never an awkward moment of silence between us. I have never met anybody like Gregg, her kindness, positivity, and strength were extraordinary. In such a little time she taught me so much. My heart is broken over the loss of my friend. I find comfort in reading posts from all the people that knew her and have nothing but positive words to say. She was so special. I will always be grateful for our friendship, and she will forever have a special place in my heart.

I was so saddened to hear of Gregg's accident and passing.  I met her many many years ago when I worked at the YMCA and she would come in daily to swim. I had not actually spoken to her for several years but did see her often walking and biking around Palm Harbor.  I recall her being a lovely woman and always with a kind word.  Sending warmest condolences to her family and friends. 

My heart is broken with the loss of Gregg.  We were so close for so many years through Bible study , walking and biking. We  only reconnected a few months back. I never had to doubt Gregg was praying for me and my family as I  was for hers. She was just like that. Family was the most important thing in her life.  Of course, Lucy was her pride and joy. She always had an encouraging word for others. I will miss her greatly and know what a  deep void she will leave in her family and with friends.  Knowing she is with Jesus is the only comfort.

Gregg lived in our neighborhood. She always had a smile and would say hello. She was so proud of her dog and how she could walk without her leash. She walked her daily and sometimes multiple times a day. I know her doggie must be missing her. 💔 I just realized today it was Gregg that passed in this tragic accident a few days ago. 😢 

We had actually connected on NextDoor back in January as we were trying to figure out where a cat lived that seemed to be lost. She was such a kind person. She loved animals and to exercise. 💕 So sweet that she donated her organs. The world needs more people like Gregg in it! May she rest in Heaven! 🙏🏼♥️ 🕊 She will be greatly missed! #RIH

Reading these comments, they are beautiful. She was a good soul. 

I always waved to her riding my bike. I’ve seen riding for more than 10 years now, as we all have that live local to the area. 

Knowing how beautiful of a woman she was. I am thankful to be there for in her last moments. She will forever leave a place in my heart. 

I’m an avid bike rider. I plan on logging some miles for her.

Throughout the loneliness of the COVID crisis, there was always a shining star who walked through the neighborhood and past my house with her perfectly behaved dog.   We waved and smiled and occasionally spoke.  I will miss her.

We are neighbors of Gregg and only knew her from her many walks with her beloved Lucy. We are absolutely crushed to hear of her passing. She was always a bright spot in our day. She was a ray of sunshine and a positive soul. Her smile would light up any room. Although we didn’t know her well, we are truly going to miss seeing her every day. It’s not often you see a neighbor every single day. I actually thought about her a few times over the weekend and wondered where she was. You could tell she was truly a special person. Gone way too soon. Rest In Peace Gregg.

We too only knew Gregg because she and Lucy went by our house in Hidden Lake  almost daily on her exercise route.  She was always attentive to our little dogs and we'd have a nice chat.  She will be greatly missed.  Her family should be so proud of what an impact she made on people lives.  God bless🙏❤

Gregg was a kind and loving friend. I will miss her everyday. She was always there when I needed her and I for her. We enjoyed many hours playing rummycube and talking. Whether it was about our kids or politics we were always on the same page. Heaven has a new a beautiful angel

I have been blessed to get to know Gregg over the last two to three years as we walked in Indian Trails.
 She was brilliant,vibrant and just a joy to visit with. Lucy was such a good dog; so well trained and loved her watermelon! Gregg told me about her very interesting life and family. It's strange not seeing her now. Me and my other walking partners will miss her at 5:30.  My heart goes out to hall her family and friends. 

We will miss seeing Gregg walking and biking through her neighborhood Indian Trails. She always took the time to stop and chat and always with a smile. It would not be a surprise if there are dozens and dozens of people in the Palm Harbor neighborhoods Gregg walked thru almost every day, who feel incredibly sad upon hearing the terrible news of her untimely passing.  
I too, only knew Gregg by her first name, but enjoyed seeing her at the gym, or biking, or walking with her dog.  Gregg was always friendly, upbeat and thoughtful.   She will be deeply missed. 
My family and I send our sincere condolences to her family and friends at this painful time.

Gregg brightened our day almost every day on her journey around the neighborhood’s of Palm harbor !   She stopped by all the time while passing the driveway on her walks . She was always smiling and on a mission (walking)!
