

Jacqueline Sara “Jackie” Loadholtz passed away on March 28, 2025. Born on June 21, 1938, Jackie dedicated her professional life to NASA, where she served as a Transportation Manager. She was very proud of her contribution to the space program, especially the Shuttle program. She retired after more than 30 years of distinguished service. Following her retirement, Jackie and her husband relocated to Land ‘O Lakes where she remained active, volunteering with her church, Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, where she was devoted parishioner and a member of The Columbiettes.
Jackie graduated from St. Patrick’s High School in Lowell, Massachusetts and later obtained her associate’s degree from Brevard Community College. She was a loving wife to her husband, George E. Loadholtz, for over 62 years, a cherished mother to her daughter, Gwen E. Walkowiak (David), and a proud Nana to Sarah A. Walkowiak. She is also survived by two sisters, Jean B. Wierszewski (Ron) and Gladys G. Dawson, along with a niece, two nephews, and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her son, Glenn E. Loadholtz, and her parents, Oscar and Nora Aziz.
Jackie’s passions included traveling, especially cruising and wine tasting, activities that brought her great joy and adventure. She also loved attending baseball and hockey games. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and friends, especially her beloved granddaughter, Sarah. Her commitment to her community and faith were evident in her active participation and support of her church.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 2348 Collier Parkway, Land ‘O Lakes, FL. Interment will follow at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jackie’s memory to Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church or The Angel of Hope Memorial Garden.
