Ja'Niyah "Niyah" Bell

Ja’Niyah Cornelia Bell, age 6, of Clearwater, passed away on May 6, 2026. Though her time here was far too short, Niyah filled every moment with love, laughter, joy, and a beautiful light that touched everyone around her.

Born on July 16, 2019, in Clearwater, Florida, Niyah was the beloved daughter of Jayanna Clark and Jahvontae Bell. She was a sweet, vibrant little girl whose smile could brighten any room. Niyah loved dancing, singing, doing her hair, nails, and makeup, and spending time outside riding her bike. She especially loved anything pink and purple and could always be found enjoying her favorite meal of rotini with red sauce and Texas toast while watching her favorite shows.

Above all, Niyah loved her family deeply. She took great pride in being the best big sister to her little brother, Jahvontae Bell Jr. Her compassionate heart, playful spirit, and loving nature brought happiness to everyone blessed to know her.

Niyah attended Safety Harbor Elementary School, where she was a first-grade student. She will be remembered for her bright personality, kind heart, and the joy she shared so freely with others.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory: her mother, Jayanna Clark; her father, Jahvontae Bell; her brother, Jahvontae Bell Jr.; grandparents Leah (Richard) Walls, Jermaine Clark, Ancelyn Campbell, and Anthony Bell; aunt Shannon McConville; uncle Trey Walls; aunt Janelle Clark; cousin and best friend, Milana Walls, along with many extended family members, loved ones, classmates, and countless friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, Florida 33759.

A Celebration of Life honoring Niyah will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Countryside Christian Church, located at 1850 N. McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater, Florida 33759.

Though her little feet no longer walk beside us, her love and beautiful spirit will remain in our hearts forever.
