John hired me without any knowledge or experience in land surveying or being a CAD draftsman. His faith in me pushed me to do my best to learn what I needed to in order to prove him right in deciding to hire me.
He treated his employees like family. He would cater lunches on Fridays, he invited us to Ducks Unlimited conventions, took us out quail hunting and was just as generous as he could be. During the housing market crash in 2007-2008 he kept paying his employees even when there was no work. Not for weeks and months on end. He had to make personal sacrifices to keep the doors open and keep making payroll, I'll never forget that.

Christmas was his favorite holiday and he wanted everyone in his neighborhood to know. So every year, I was part of the crew that would go to his house, take out all the Christmas decor out of his barns and setup the most ostentatious Christmas display that would rival Chevy Chase.

I had the pleasure of working at JRB & Assoc. for 10 years. Getting to be part of his family business was a big part of my working career, and being my own business owner now, I have a new found respect for what he did to treat his employees well even during trying times and putting his faith in Jesus Christ first. Thank you John for your shining example. May you rest peacefully in the grace of our Lord.

I will always be grateful to John and Vicky for providing me and Charles a place to stay so we could spend more time with our son and grandchildren in Tampa. I know my husband Charles enjoyed the time he spent with John on the pool deck in the evening. I am so saddened by John's passing but know I will always cherish the wonderful memories I have of his personality, kindness, generosity and most of all love of family. John was like a brother to me. I will miss him dearly.

My brother John was a very kind and generous man. He was always there when you needed a helping hand. He enjoyed good food, wine, hunting, travelling and the Seminoles but he loved his family most of all. He enjoyed cooking on his grill. I always stood by beverage and cigar in hand in case he needed help but he never did. I will miss our talks about growing up in Perry, FL and the people we knew past and present. I am very grateful that John let me and my family share part of his life. We always ended our calls with "Love You Man". I will truly miss him. Love you John.

We will always remember John as a kind, gentle soul with an infectious laugh. John and his friends hunted pheasants with us in South Dakota, we enjoyed this group of hunters immensely, always respectful and gracious. True definition of a southern gentleman.  Rest in peace John, you will be greatly missed but it was such a pleasure and honor to have known you.  Larry & Shari Braun

It is sad to learn of John's passing. He was a good friend to me during my teenage years so long ago . He was a terrific fellow! I am not at all surprised that he had a great family. Rest in peace & may God bless his family.

Vicky, so sorry for your loss of John. I'm glad  he made it to Ireland last year and was present at his granddaughter's wedding. I remember how his smile covered up what. He was feeling inside.a man dedicated to showing all around him what a man should be for his family and friends. I will never forget his smile when we would meet, he was like a little cherub, smiling ear to ear. John was his own man and demonstrated his love for family and friends. We loved John! He had a generous heart and a great sense of humor.  We have great memories  with John on our trip to Israel with Pastor Willy Rice.  We are sorry and saddened by this news.    We will keep  the family in our prayers!  Rest in Peace!  ❤️🙏🏼

I had the great pleasure to meet and get to know the Beaches some years ago now. We started off as customer/client and contractor. We quickly became good friends and more like family. I love them dearly and John will be greatly missed. I remember when I first met them for some minor work. John told Vicki,” now we’re not going to change much here. Just a few minor things.” Lol When Vicki would tell me what she wanted. He would just say calmly with a smile, “ yes dear . “  John was most certainly one of the great ones. Rest easy my friend and job well done. We love you! The Burris family.

The Kader family will ALWAYS be so grateful for John’s giving heart for our son Joey  and their Ukrainian friend’s needs. God  blessed him so he could in turn bless others … and that he did over and over!
Our memory of his obedience to the Lord will live 
on and have a lasting impact on us…

This world is an empty place without John Beach. He was a friend to EVERYONE an enemy to NONE. I’ve know and worked for the Beach Family since 2006. I never considered them less than family. I pray for their family, especially his beautiful wife Vicki. God rest his soul.  We love you. 🙏
