

Jordan was raised in Clearwater, Florida and he graduated from Dunedin High School in 2004. Jordan, driven to succeed from an early age, pursued his higher education to achieve his goals. He earned his BS in Accounting from USF and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Jordan was continuing his course work and studying for his CMA to further enhance his educational level.
Jordan was employed as a Controller by Rutenberg Homes.
No matter if Jordan was at work or play, if he enjoyed what he was doing he was “All IN”. He maintained a larger than life persona and everywhere he would go, the multitude would know him or gravitate to him. He modeled his kind and thoughtful nature as he went “out of his way” for family, friends, coworkers and strangers. Jordan believed that everyone mattered and was loyal to all that he loved.
Jordan is survived by his father, Dan Fernandez of Palm Harbor, FL; mother, Lisa Wisecup Nelson and stepfather, Rick Nelson of Maysville, KY; brother, Travis Nelson of Maysville, KY; aunts, Karen Hartzell of Spring Hill, FL, Dana Wisecup of Cynthiana, KY, and Pam Jameson of Ocala, FL; uncles, Patrick Wisecup of Duluth, GA, Monte Wisecup of Miami, FL, Grant Bradford of Tollesboro, KY, Dennis Nelson of Safety Harbor, FL, Al Nelson of Daggett, MI and David Nelson of San Diego, CA, and grandfather, Jeff Wisecup.
Jordan is also survived by an extended family including; brothers, Bobby Canfield of Clearwater, FL, Cody Shum of Clearwater, FL, Greg Climan of Clearwater, FL, and Jack Bane of Tollesboro, KY; sister, Kyra Bane of Tollesboro, KY; uncle, Todd Bane of Tollesboro, KY; dad, Troy Bane of Tollesboro, KY and grandfather, Bob Bane of Tollesboro, KY as well as many great-aunts and great-uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Jordan will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
